What do I get out of it?+
Through our Impact-Driven Entrepreneurship model you're equipped with the skills, confidence and tools to investigate, ideate, innovate and ignite a venture that turns your passion into an impactful business or non-profit — and a unique way to show what you've done and stand out from the crowd.
How long is the Academy?+
The live, online Academy is 9 live classes — one hour a week — plus a 1-hour graduation, for a total of 10 weeks. The Career Accelerator is two 5-week modules, also one hour a week. The summer Academy is 5 weeks — one week of orientation plus 8 classes.
Can I still get a mentor?+
Yes. Mentorship is now built into every program instead of being a separate sign-up. Academy students get 1:1 coaching and mentor review, and club members are matched with GWI mentors through GWI Connect for help with college applications, interviews and more.
How does enrollment work?+
Reserve a place with a short form and checkout (use a scholarship code if you have one). Two weeks before your start date you'll get class details and access instructions. You attend live online classes, receive updates throughout, and finish with a digital micro-credential and an invitation to virtual graduation.
What equipment do I need?+
A computer or smart device with internet access for the weekly live classes, a computer to complete weekly assignments, a webcam (preferable, not required), and a quiet place to attend class each week.
