Start something powerful.
SheLeads Clubs are fun, free, student-led spaces where young women build real leadership skills, boost their confidence, and get ready for college, careers, and life — with everything provided by Girls With Impact.
You and your friends run it.
Grab a teacher or counselor to sign on as facilitator, pick your first session, and you are a club captain. We handle the rest.
Apply as a student →One room, one facilitator.
No budget line, no new hire, no curriculum to write. Give us a time and a staff sponsor and students do the leading.
Bring SheLeads to your site →Leadership you practice, not just study.

Connect nationally
Join thousands of driven young women, mentors, and alumni inside GWI Connect.

A short walkthrough of how clubs run, what students do in a session, and what GWI provides — everything you need before you apply.
Three pieces. That's the whole setup.

A student leader trained by GWI to run the club, guide discussions, and keep the vibe strong.
Ready-to-go materials
All activities and topic guides arrive through GWI Connect, so you focus on making an impact.
Your club doesn't end at the last meeting.
Every club member joins GWI Connect — one place for mentors, internships and scholarships, events, and a national network of peers and alumni. Web, iOS, and Android.
