About Girls With Impact:

Featured in the New York Times, Girls With Impact (GWI) operates the nation’s only live, online business & entrepreneurship program for young women 14-24. This organization is playing a critical role in changing the narrative – demonstrating the potential in young women, creating a pipeline of future business leaders and innovators, and providing equal opportunity to those who would never otherwise afford such education and training.  Since Covid, we’ve expanded to serve a co-ed audience working with government workforce agencies (though in a nascent stage). Now entering its 6th year, GWI’s CEO & Founder is seeking a key member of the team to supports its growth over the next five years.  This is an exciting opportunity for someone in the next phase of their career and wanting to make a real lasting impact.

Part-Time Positions

Girls With Impact Coach

Description: Host business and leadership classes weekly to a cohort of 30, 12-24 year old students.  Empower the next generation of female leaders to impact the community and their own success.

Profile: MBA or similar masters, ages 30-65, current or past business/corporate experience, high energy passionate

Commitment: 6 hours a week, min. 1 year

Pay: $900-$1100 per cohort

Girls With Impact Mentor

Description: Meet with your matched mentee 1x month to assist them in bringing their venture project to life, network, and prepare for college/career. Empower the next generation of female leaders to impact the community and their own success.

Profile: Age 30-50, male or female, business or corporate experience (unpaid), MBA or similar masters preferable but not required

Commitment: 4hr/month, min. 1 year

Pay: Unpaid volunteer opportunity
