SheLeads Clubs
Free, flexible, student-led clubs in schools and communities. Grab a teacher as facilitator, pick your first session, and you're a club captain — 30+ plug-and-play topics, 60 minutes each, run in any order on your own schedule.
You practice leadership instead of studying it: run the meetings, set the agenda, and graduate with something real for college apps and first jobs.
GWI Innovation Academy
Nine live classes — one hour a week — with expert instructors and young women nationwide. Turn your idea into a real venture and graduate with a business plan, resume-ready experience and a national network.
GWI Career Accelerator
Two standalone 5-week modules, one live hour a week, building the power skills every employer looks for — time management, networking, self-advocacy and handling tough conversations. Take one or both, in any order.

Who are the programs for?+
GWI's programs are developed specifically for girls and young women ages 14–24, and we're open to all students without excluding based on gender. Students anywhere in the world may join, though class times follow US Eastern. SheLeads Clubs are for high school students, ages 14–17.
What do participants get out of it?+
Through our Impact-Driven Entrepreneurship model you're equipped to investigate, ideate, innovate and ignite a venture that turns your passion into an impactful business or non-profit — plus a distinctive way to show what you've done for college and employers.
Is mentorship still available?+
Yes — it's now built into every program rather than enrolled in separately. Academy and Academy+ students get 1:1 coaching and mentor review, Career Accelerator students get career coaching, and club members are matched with GWI mentors through GWI Connect.
Fees and scholarships+
SheLeads Clubs are free to students, schools and families. Academy tuition is on a sliding scale up to $995 based on financial need, covering professional coaches, technology, curriculum, start-up kits and all materials. Financial aid is offered to US students from low-to-moderate income households.
What equipment do I need?+
A computer or smart device with internet access to join the weekly live classes and complete assignments, a webcam (preferable, not required), and a quiet place to attend class each week.
