A Partnership in Action: Tauck and GWI Unite to Amplify Impact
Girls With Impact was honored to join our valued partner Tauck for a special town hall event at their Connecticut headquarters on March 11th in honor of International Women’s Day and Women’s History Month. This was an inspiring moment to celebrate deepen connections and spotlight the power of partnership in advancing the next generation of women leaders.
As a family-owned company with more than a century of experience, Tauck has built its legacy on doing what’s right and consistently delivering beyond expectations. With journeys spanning all seven continents and over 65 countries, Tauck’s commitment to meaningful, high-impact experiences extends far beyond travel; it’s embedded in how they contribute to communities around the world.
During the town hall, the GWI team had the opportunity to connect directly with Tauck employees, learn more about their global philanthropy initiatives, and share how Tauck’s support is helping equip young women with critical skills for college, career, and leadership. The conversation highlighted the alignment between Tauck’s values and GWI’s mission: creating access, expanding opportunity, and investing in future leaders.
“For generations, our company has connected travelers and cultures across the world. A century of family leadership has taught us that lasting success comes from investing in people. We know the future of global business depends on empowering young women today with the confidence, opportunities, and leadership pathways to lead tomorrow, and we are proud to partner with Girls With Impact in this shared vision,” said Rebecca Tribelli, Global Head of Impact, Tauck.
We are especially grateful to Priya Mariyappa, Jennifer Gelfand, and Rebecca Tribelli at Tauck, and to GWI graduate Jayla Thomas for helping bring this event to life.
Looking ahead, we’re excited to deepen this collaboration by welcoming Tauck employees onto the GWI mentorship platform. Through direct engagement with our students, Tauck team members will play a hands-on role in guiding and supporting participants as they navigate their academic and professional journeys.
Partnerships like this are essential to our mission. As we work toward our goal of reaching 50,000 young women by 2030, we know that lasting impact is built through collaboration, with organizations that share our belief in equity, access, and the boundless potential of young women.
Thank you to Tauck and all our corporate partners who support GWI’s mission not just during Women’s History Month, but all year long.
