Welcome to The Breakroom: Empowering Young Women to Lead with Confidence
What is The Breakroom?
The Breakroom is a conversational series designed for the modern, professional-ish young woman—because we know the workplace isn't always as polished and perfect as it seems. These virtual events are a space where young women aged 18-30 can learn from trailblazing professionals, connect with like-minded peers, and gain real, actionable advice for navigating their careers. It’s mentorship meets meet-up.
Each session features accomplished guest speakers who share their personal journeys, challenges, and triumphs, followed by an open conversation where YOU get to join in. From tackling imposter syndrome to building your network, The Breakroom provides the tools and inspiration you need to take control of your future.
