It’s mentorship meets meet-up.
Each session features accomplished guest speakers who share their personal journeys, challenges, and triumphs, followed by an open conversation where YOU get to join in. From tackling imposter syndrome to building your network, The Breakroom provides the tools and inspiration you need to take control of your future.

The Power of Presence: How to Communicate Like a Leader at Any Stage
Guest Host: Cara Page, Senior Director of Executive Communications at Equifax
Presence isn’t about having the fanciest title or the loudest voice—it’s about communicating with clarity, confidence, and authenticity wherever you are in your career. In this Breakroom session, Cara Page will break down how to show up like a leader in any room, from class presentations to high-stakes meetings.
As Senior Director of Executive Communications at Equifax, Cara shapes the company’s leadership voice and advises top executives during a pivotal transformation into a modern data, technology, and AI organization. Her career spans corporate, public, and civic sectors—from global communications at Honeywell to statewide infrastructure programs and even the historic Stacey Abrams for Governor campaign.
Cara’s path reflects her belief in representation, storytelling, and the power of women’s voices to drive change. She’ll share practical strategies for building executive presence, communicating with intention, and using your unique voice as an asset.
Join us to learn how to speak with impact, lead with confidence, and elevate your presence—no matter your stage or title.
