In 2015, leaders gathered at the World Economic Forum in Davos. The topic of the day: how to drive positive change for women in the workplace – at the time, compromising just 4% of Fortune 500 CEOs and 36% of entrepreneurs.

2 years later

That same Forum, instead of reporting on the advances that had been made, added another 47 years to the predicted time women will have to wait to achieve equity in pay and employment: a new total of 218 years. Instead of moving forwards we appear to be in reverse!

Our answer

Trying to change legacy policies drives change at a glacial pace. We believe that, rather than focusing on the root of the problem – with the ingrained behaviors of an existing workforce – let’s get to the root of the solution through the next generation of leaders.
