Become a Coach

Our coaching team includes professionals from senior business positions, executive coaches, seasoned entrepreneurs and college professors. They are high-energy, make learning fun and interactive, and understand how to make remote learning an engaging and positive experience for girls. They either hold MBA’s themselves, or have a deep knowledge of business operations and strategy.

Our coaches are all paid, reflecting the high-quality of coaching and the commitment we expect from this team. You will teach 9 live sessions, each lasting 1 hour, while utilizing Google Classroom for engagement and program management. The ideal candidate will have strong facilitation skills, be comfortable with workshop-style teaching, and excel in providing feedback and support to students.
